DeleteI love blogging and found the support to be awesome.
ReplyDeleteIt's Amazing just how much support is!
DeleteBlogging is like my own personal therapist and the support I get from you lovely ladies and those few guys is great! I probably wouldn't be able to do it without blogging about it.
ReplyDeleteI agree Its like our own personal Therapist :) I love the support I get from each and every one of you!
DeleteI agree with the sentiments about support. It has been amazing and helped me stay accountable. You showed support first and made me stay with this idea - thank you. As for the immune system, I think my body would disagree today. :(
ReplyDeleteI agree about the Immune system thing today, HOWEVER.. I agree with it or think it does sound right because since iv started my weight loss journey i have avoided being sick (Up until this week) and even still its not nearly as bad as it would of been before i started all this.. blogging/Weight Loss Journey!
DeleteBlogging has really helped me slow down and enjoy the moment so that I can purposefully document it for myself while sharing my journey with others.
ReplyDeleteIt really is a great way to document this Journey :) I love reading back at some of my blogs <3!

Deletei have been trying to blog! but no one follows me so I stopped for a while but I am going to soon resume! So just a question when you blog how long does it take you to write one blog? I love reading peoples blog because they are so inspiring and motivates me to continue on my weight lost journey!
ReplyDeleteGood Luck sweetie, I'll read :) & Follow :) It takes time to build up Followers dont give up I started off with Litterly only family reading.. No Followers except my Mother In Law :) As I began to Browse and comment on other Journals other people began to follow and read too.. It depends on my Entry, it can take anywhere from 5-10 mins.. To 30 mins! Just depends, And If im doing it while I do other things sometimes it takes me longer!
